I used beads in place of pressed flowers on her shoulders - you could add pressed (or silk) flowers yourself, use the beads on the pattern, or leave her shoulders bare.

This is an intermediate project, though there is nothing stopping you from making your purchase now and waiting until you feel up to the challenge! The download file includes PDF versions of the pattern for those of you who prefer to print it out and go page by page.
