Shipping & Returns

Wix (my host) has very limited shipping options. If you're concerned about shipping just message me ahead of time and we can talk about it!
> International customers are responsible for any and/or all customs fees, taxes, and duties associated with shipping and purchasing to their respective countries, should they be assessed. For any additional information please refer to your local customs agency. Customs can delay packages by up to six weeks, this does not happen often but it can happen.
Return & Exchange Policy
I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations
Contact me within: 7 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery
Request a cancellation: before item has shipped
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Returns and exchange details
Please keep in mind if you plan on going on vacation or are having it delivered to a third party that you have SEVEN DAYS after the tracking number shows it has been delivered to contact me with any problems you have with the piece.
If I ship you the wrong item, I'll cover the return postage and get you the correct piece.
If an item arrives damaged (for example: post office mishandling), I'll cover the return postage and do the repair myself. If it can't be repaired, you'll get a full refund.
Feel free to request extra photos, information, or anything else if I have been unclear in describing the item or if you simply wish to see what it looks like from more angles BEFORE you finalize your purchase to save both of us time and money!
