This is based on artwork I commissioned years ago of my original character, Princess Aerie Evergreen, with her rescued and adopted hatchling dragon, Wingaling.
 
The piece is mostly embroidery/backstitching with only minor cross stitching (the eyes and earring). Alternate colors are suggested if Aerie's blonde is too light and you're encouraged to come up with your own combinations!
